Standardized operation process: When the sheet is transported to the roller conveyor below the gantry loading and unloading machine, the equipment's grasping device will automatically start the operation program - the grasping mechanism will accurately descend to the surface of the sheet, and a stable suction force will be generated through a vacuum suction cup (the suction force can be automatically adjusted according to the weight of the sheet, ranging from 0.3 bar to 2.5 bar); Subsequently, the grasping mechanism is lifted and translated to the preset position, and finally lowered to the set lowest point. The suction cup is smoothly released to complete the material placement. The entire process does not require manual adjustment and operates completely according to preset parameters.
