Structural design:
Four column structure: Adopting an open structure with four columns and three plates or four columns and two plates, it has good stability and rigidity. Stable performance: Key hydraulic components are mostly imported brands, with reliable quality, few failures, and the ability to ensure long-term continuous operation. At the same time, the hydraulic system has good oil temperature control and is equipped with a cooling system to maintain continuous operation of the oil temperature at room temperature, reducing performance degradation and malfunctions caused by high oil temperature.
Accurate action: By utilizing differential pressure circuit design and combining with precise hydraulic control valves, fast action and slow precise molding can be achieved, with a downward pressure repetition accuracy of up to 0.02mm.
Control system:
Diverse operating modes: The industrial control part generally has two control modes: manual and semi-automatic. Manual mode facilitates the installation and calibration of molds, while semi-automatic mode can improve production efficiency and is suitable for various product pressing processes.

Two handed operation design: Both hands are required to operate buttons simultaneously to make the device run, avoiding accidental entry of hands into hazardous areas during one handed operation.

Photoelectric protection device: Some equipment can be equipped with photoelectric protection devices. When there is an object blocking the light, the equipment will automatically stop running to prevent personnel injury and equipment damage.
