（1） Structural design: T-shaped gantry architecture and dual workstation collaboration
T-shaped gantry main body
The T-shaped gantry frame is welded with high-strength rectangular steel pipes, and the main beam and support legs are optimized through finite element analysis to ensure rigidity (vertical deflection ≤ span/1000) and torsional performance under heavy loads. The double beam structure design enhances the bending stiffness and can adapt to a maximum panel load of 5 tons.
Dual station dynamic layout
Parallel dual workbench: Two independent workbenches are arranged in parallel along the Y-axis direction, which can simultaneously handle panels of different sizes (such as 600mm × 800mm and 1200mm × 1800mm), achieving seamless connection of "loading and unloading at one workstation and processing at the other workstation".
Servo driven displacement table: The worktable is driven by high-precision ball screws and servo motors, with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm. It supports automatic switching of workstations or expansion to multi workstation linkage mode.

X/Y-axis servo drive: using Delta ASDA-A3 series servo motors and planetary reducers, combined with grinding grade rack and guide rails, to achieve ± 0.02mm repeat positioning accuracy, with a speed of up to 1.5m/s.
Z-axis hydraulic lifting: Equipped with a German Rexroth hydraulic station, it provides a maximum lifting force of 20 tons through a master-slave cylinder design, with a stroke range of 0-500mm and pressure fluctuation of ≤± 1%.
Intelligent energy management: The servo motor provides power during rapid movement, while the hydraulic system only starts during lifting, resulting in a 30% reduction in overall energy consumption compared to traditional hydraulic models.
